Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for field leadership on simple and combined cycle power projects. You will coordinate day-to-day construction activities, work with the Site Manager, and drive safe, high-quality work aligned with schedule and client expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of field leadership on power projects, EPC experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years field construction leadership experience on power generation projects.
• Experience with EPC project execution and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site subcontractor activities to safely execute simple and combined cycle work.
• Coordinate site access, daily work planning, and field logistics to maximize productivity.
• Support Project Construction Execution Plan and lead superintendents and field teams.
• Monitor progress, schedule performance and budget; drive corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate with clients and project leadership to recover schedules and complete turnover activities.
