Job summary

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree, 13+ years of relevant experience, and a PMP or equivalent certification. Additional preferred qualifications include design-build experience with heavy industrial clients.

Qualifications

• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, and budgets.
• Manages project costs ensuring profitability.
• Prepares overall project schedule and in-house construction budgets.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
