Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with heavy industrial power project expertise. You will lead scope, schedule, budget, and profitability across complex EPC/PM deliveries and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include cost control, billing, subcontractor payments, risk management, and mentoring junior PMs. Up to 10% travel; bachelor’s degree and 13+ years required; professional certifications due within 12

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promo to Approved Project Manager list.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepare statements of work with work breakdown structures and approve from stakeholders.
• Manage project costs and profitability.
• Oversee client billings and ensure timely payments; approve subcontractor invoices.
• Monitor project status, risks and change management; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate submittals and reviews with agencies.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers.
