Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• Certification in PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA required within 12 months.
• Significant experience with design-build / EPC projects in heavy industrial power.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Prepares statements of work and work breakdown structures; secures approvals.
• Manages costs and profitability; ensures timely client billings and payments.
• Monitors project risks, changes, and schedules; facilitates stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinates technical work, submittals, and contract documents; drives closeout.
