Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list)

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with associated work breakdown structures (budgets) and gains concurrence and approval from internal and external stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and is responsible for ensuring profitability.
• Manages client billings and follows up on outstanding invoices to obtain payment; approves subcontractor/vendor invoices.
• Monitors project risks and escalates as appropriate; handles change management.
