Job summary

Williams is seeking a Staff Construction Manager in Houston to lead on-site construction for power generation facilities and related projects. You will direct on-site teams, manage front-end planning, cost and schedule, and coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Commissioning to deliver projects safely and on time.

Preferred candidates have 7+ years on mega projects, with a Bachelor’s degree and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, with 12+ years of related construction experience.
• Minimum 7 years on large to mega projects; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction across projects of varying size and complexity.
• Review contractor schedules, budgets, and QA/QC plans.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and commissioning activities.
• Develop and drive strategic construction practices and standards.
