Job summary

Williams is seeking a Staff Electrical E&C Project Manager to drive complex power generation initiatives across our organization from development through commercial operation. You will independently handle large-scale projects, focusing on safety, efficiency, and profitability while aligning with corporate objectives and engineering best practices.

The role requires Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and 15+ years in power generation or related fields, with PMP/PE certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university is required.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in power generation, energy, oil and gas, and/or engineering/project management.
• PMP, PE, and Microsoft Specialist Project Certification (MS) are preferred (as per job).

Responsibilities

• Leads teams to implement project plans for large, complex generation projects.
• Directs full lifecycle of generation projects from development through commercial operation.
• Sets up core project teams and coordinates with technical resources and external partners.
• Develops and implements project reports, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Reviews proposals, conducts bid evaluations, and selects contractors.
• Leads engineering design consultants, EPC contractors, and field construction resources.
• Performs economic, optimization, and reliability studies to support investment decisions.
