The role serves as the company field representative and single point of contact for all construction activities, including coordination across turbine/generator installations, HRSG, EPC, and commissioning support. Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years in related work with 5+ years on large projects.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Hands-on field execution on maintenance, sustaining or reliability projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Front-end construction planning, estimate development and analysis, and contract management.
• Direct on-site construction execution and contractor performance.
• Coordinate QA/QC staffing plans, costs and schedules with operations teams.
• Input on contracting strategy and contractor qualification and selection.
• Review and accept ITPs; monitor contractor schedules and plans.
• Lead field execution for maintenance capital projects at operating facilities.
