Job summary

Williams is seeking a Staff Project Manager to lead complex oil and gas projects with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and profitability. You will define execution strategies, oversee cross-functional teams, and drive programs that align with corporate goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience in oil and gas engineering or project management; a Master’s degree and professional certifications are preferred. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 15+ years in oil & gas engineering or project management.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in engineering/construction management; Master's in business/engineering management; PMP/PE and MS Project certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale projects with focus on safety, efficiency, and profitability.
• Define project scope, schedule, and budget; develop reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners; manage proposals and contractor selection.
• Drive decisions by analyzing options and economic impact; ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
