Horizontal Talent is seeking a seasoned Power Infrastructure Program Manager to lead large-scale deployment across multiple U.S. sites, coordinating temporary and permanent power solutions from feasibility to handover.

The role requires collaboration with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, managing schedules, budgets, and risk to keep projects on track across diverse regulatory environments. Travel to sites will be required during key phases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in power infrastructure, electrical systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in power infrastructure or electrical systems.
  • Experience leading multiple workstreams, schedules, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent power deployment projects across several U.S. locations.
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and progress reporting for leadership.
  • Oversee technical review, execution planning, and cross-functional coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure electrical installations and equipment align with required technical standards and project specifications.
  • Support switchgear procurement, vendor coordination, order tracking, and delivery management.
  • Travel to project sites during key installation, startup, testing, and commissioning phases.
