Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking experienced Program Managers to join a leading global logistics and technology organization overseeing energy-driven site energization across the United States.

You will sit at the intersection of program management and electrical infrastructure, driving utility interconnections, performing power due diligence on new sites, and deploying bridge power solutions to keep multi-million-dollar construction timelines on track.

Qualifications

• Hands-on program management experience with multi-stakeholder projects.
• Solid understanding of electrical infrastructure concepts relevant to site energization.

Responsibilities

• Lead power due diligence for new sites: available capacity, interconnection requirements, timelines and cost.
• Engage with utility providers to secure capacity and drive interconnections at lowest cost.
• Partner with design, engineering and construction teams to rightsize power requirements and remove blockers.
• Develop temporary and bridge power solutions where permanent connections lag.
• Run program cadence across a portfolio of sites: stakeholder coordination, timelines, reporting and escalation.
