Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or 10+ years of experience in substation design and project delivery.
Experience leading transmission or substation projects and utility infrastructure initiatives.
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage scope, schedule, and budget for utility power infrastructure projects.
Lead transmission, distribution, and substation initiatives for large-scale data centers.
Coordinate internal and external engineering, design, construction, and utility teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee execution from planning through construction and turnover.
Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget while maintaining quality and safety.
