Job summary

Foundation Personnel Inc. is seeking experienced Senior Project Managers for US Power T&D construction to lead transmission, distribution and substation projects.

You will oversee projects from pre-construction to completion, manage budgets and teams, and coordinate with utilities, clients, engineers, and field crews to ensure safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing US transmission, distribution and/or substation construction projects.
• Strong project financial and scheduling experience.
• Experience with utilities and/or major power contractors.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project or similar.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job description

• Coordinate with utilities, clients, engineers, subcontractors and field teams
• Oversee project execution, safety, quality and profitability
• Manage change orders, forecasting, risk and client relationships
• Support estimating, proposals and business development where required
• Mentor Project Managers and coordinate with Construction Managers and Superintendents

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing US transmission, distribution and/or substation construction projects

Project experience may include: 115kV–765kV transmission, distribution upgrades, greenfield/brownfield substations, high-voltage infrastructure and grid modernization.
