Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 10+ years of substations delivery experience.
• Minimum 10 years in consulting engineering, utility infra, transmission or substation projects.
• Minimum 5 years as PM/Design Lead for transmission or substation projects.
• Strong expertise in utility power systems, transmission lines, substations, large-scale infra projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for utility power infrastructure projects.
• Lead transmission, distribution, and substation projects for large-scale data center operations.
• Coordinate engineering, design, construction, and utility teams through the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project execution from planning through operational turnover.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget with quality, safety, and performance.
