Job summary

Experis is seeking a Senior Power Infrastructure Project Manager in Sandston, VA for an 18‑month contract to support large-scale data center operations.

You will lead utility power infrastructure projects, coordinating engineering, design, construction and operations teams, with emphasis on transmission, distribution and substation delivery while maintaining schedule, scope and budget and upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in substation design and project delivery preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering scope, schedule, and budget for utility power infrastructure projects including greenfield, brownfield and retrofit initiatives.
• Lead delivery of transmission, distribution, and substation projects supporting large-scale data center operations.
• Coordinate internal and external engineering, design, construction, and utility provider teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project execution from planning and design through construction and turnover.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
