Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Power Generation Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering traditional and renewable power projects across industrial, institutional, IPP, data center, and utility sectors.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities. A PE license and 10 years of related power project leadership are preferred, with a commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years of related experience; 2+ years in project management preferred.
• PE license preferred; strong business development and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team, manage schedule and budget, coordinate with engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
• Provide daily leadership to project staff and ensure adherence to project plan.
• Develop work plans and ensure delivery against schedule, quality, and profitability targets.
• Manage client relations and perform marketing/business development activities.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee change orders and risk reviews.
