Job summary

The role blends technical leadership with business development in a dynamic power sector environment. Candidates should have a bachelor's in engineering, 7+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years in project management; PE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years related experience in power projects.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and manage schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and monitor status.
• Develop the project work plan and ensure quality and profitability.
• Maintain client relations and perform marketing and business development.
• Negotiate contracts and manage change orders.
• Provide training and mentoring to staff.
• Routinely report progress to leadership.
