Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Power Generation Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams across traditional and renewable energy projects. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 7+ years of relevant experience, and at least 2 years in project management. PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
• 7+ years related experience in power/utility projects
• 2+ years in project management role
• Strong organizational, planning and communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and manage schedule and budget across multi-disciplinary design groups.
• Develop and maintain project work plans and ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain client relations and lead marketing/business development efforts.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and perform contract administration of changes.
• Provide training and mentoring to project staff and report progress to leadership.
