Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required or equivalent
• PE license preferred
• 10 years of utility-scale power project management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and manage schedule, budget, and client communications
• Develop project work plans and ensure scope, quality, and profitability targets
• Perform marketing, business development, and client relations activities
• Act as proposal manager and evaluate contract terms and risks
• Provide training and mentoring to project staff and report progress to leadership
