HDR, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Power Engineer with extensive experience in utility-scale power generation and renewable energy. You will lead design teams, mentor engineers, and manage client relationships while supporting proposals and marketing efforts.

The role emphasizes protection and control design, power system studies, and balance of plant engineering. Travel ≤10% and collaboration within HDR’s employee-owned culture are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10+ years in Power Market Sector.
• Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering with Power emphasis preferred.
• Professional Engineer license required or equivalent.
• Experience with power generation design and owner’s engineering.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead multi-discipline teams.

• Lead power generation design projects for utility-scale and renewable energy.
