Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Manager, Power & Energy for the Tulsa area with the option for remote US work and periodic client site travel. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure delivery across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a technical background in engineering, PMP/CAP-M certification, and 7–10 years of PM experience in the A/E/C sector. Travel and collaboration with client teams are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related major, or equivalent experience.
  • Essential project management certification required (PMP, CAP-M).
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role.
  • Sound understanding of project delivery in A/E/C industries.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; self-leadership.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cross-functional teams to execute project work, including budgets, hours, expenses, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
  • Develop project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Create WBS tasks and estimated costs; manage QA/QC adherence.
  • Support margin analyses, risk contingencies, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and teams for timely project execution.
  • Monitor AR, unbilled revenue, and procurements with finance and procurement teams.
  • Prepare progress reports and dashboards for leadership and clients.
