Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of relevant post‑education experience in a project or program management role within power, energy, or large capital infrastructure.
• Advanced understanding of project delivery in A/E/C, with experience across DBB, EPC, and client governance environments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with business acumen to bridge business and project management.
• Solid working knowledge of corporate project management principles, practices, processes, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the most complex and largest scale projects, manage budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs, and track hours and expenses.
• Foster proactive client and stakeholder engagement with clear reporting on progress.
• Participate in contract negotiations, presentations, and meetings.
• Serve as senior client interface within governance, controls, safety, quality, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate with client reps, internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Ensure profitable performance and successful completion of all projects in the portfolio.
