Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Sales Engineer for Power Distribution & Switchgear in Houston. You will develop and expand relationships with electrical contractors, EPC firms, and end users, driving sales of MV/LV switchgear and engineered electrical systems.

You will identify large opportunities and lead negotiations through design to procurement. The role requires 5+ years of sales experience in electrical distribution equipment and strong technical and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
• 5+ years selling medium- or low-voltage electrical distribution equipment.
• Existing relationships with electrical contractors, EPC firms, consultants, utilities or data centers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with contractors, EPC firms, consultants, distributors, and end users in the Houston market.
• Drive sales of MV/LV switchgear, switchboards, panelboards, and engineered electrical systems.
• Identify and pursue large project opportunities from design through procurement.
• Build project quotations and complete equipment packages to meet customer requirements.
• Lead commercial negotiations while maintaining long-term strategic relationships.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and operations for project execution.
• Maintain sales pipeline and forecast future business.
• Be a trusted technical and commercial advisor for customers in power distribution projects.
