Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years in electrical distribution, power distribution, or related fields with technical sales or applications engineering.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain TWIC Card and pass drug/background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical sales, engineering, and quotation professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, EPC firms, manufacturer partners, and internal sales teams.
• Prepare and oversee quotations and technical proposals for power distribution products.
• Review project specs and drawings to ensure compliance and identify value-added solutions.
• Coordinate with customers, manufacturers, and suppliers for pricing, lead times, and resources.
• Monitor team performance, pipelines, and key metrics to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Support business development by identifying market opportunities and partnerships.
