Qualifications
- At least 8 years hands-on ETRM/CTRM experience as BA or support.
- Knowledge of Power Products and North American market.
- Strong SQL, database design and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with API, FIX messages and market data feeds.
- Excellent customer service for local and global users.
- Fluent English, capable of leading in a multi-cultural environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and run workshops for Power Desk features and upgrades.
- Model setups in OATI webTrader and webCTRM, including integrations.
- Collaborate with developers and vendors on design, testing and deployment.
- Provide 2nd-level support to worldwide users and escalate as needed.
- Document architecture, user guides, and handover to Support.
- Train 1st-level support and contribute to backlog prioritization.
