Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst within ETRM and power trading environments.
- Experience with OpenLink implementation, configuration, and extension.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Technology.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and structured analysis to gather requirements
- Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation
- Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Support testing, training, and go-live activities to ensure successful implementation
- Produce high-quality consulting deliverables including reports, presentations, and proposals
