Capco, a leading global management and technology consultancy, seeks an ETRM Business Analyst for power trading projects in Houston, TX. You will translate complex business requirements into technology solutions and work across stakeholders and delivery teams on system implementations and transformations.

You will facilitate client workshops, develop requirements and specifications, map current and future processes, and support testing, training, and go-live activities to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within ETRM and power trading environments.
• Experience with OpenLink implementation, configuration, and extension.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Technology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and structured analysis to gather requirements.
• Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support testing, training, and go-live activities to ensure successful implementation.
• Produce high-quality consulting deliverables including reports, presentations, and proposals.
