Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Power Delivery Project Manager to lead technical, administrative, and commercial aspects of transmission, distribution, and substation projects within a defined geographic region.

You will manage budgets, schedule, risk, and client communication to ensure successful delivery in a regulated energy environment. The role requires deep experience in Power Delivery projects, strong leadership, and collaboration with IOUs, IPPs, and public power clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Essential project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities

• Provide Power Delivery project management leadership for large-scale utility infrastructure projects across T&D and substation scopes.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and reporting strategies for clients and regulators.
• Support Go/No-Go decisions, contract reviews, and pricing strategies during pursuit and startup phases.
• Lead and coordinate QA/QC and constructability reviews with engineering teams.
