Job summary

Qualus seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of power delivery projects, overseeing scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk. You will drive client satisfaction and financial performance on large, complex initiatives while mentoring other project managers.

The role emphasizes planning, contract development, and active business development support, including scoping, proposals, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Provide high level project management overview and direction.
• Experience managing power delivery projects (transmission, substation, distribution).
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and scope management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of medium-large power delivery projects.
• Support business development through scoping, proposals, and contract development.
• Define project scope, develop schedules and budgets, and manage staffing and vendors.
• Meet with clients to resolve issues and obtain approvals.
• Mentor and oversee other Project Managers and conduct reviews.
• Identify and manage project risks and change orders.
