Job summary

Pacifico Energy seeks a dedicated Project Scheduler/Planner to support data center power projects, developing and coordinating schedules across all project phases.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of scheduling experience, strong MS Project or Primavera P6 skills, and proven collaboration with engineers, EPC, and operations.

Attention to detail, risk management, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of scheduling, planning or coordination experience.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 (P6 preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, safety and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software, considering resources and deadlines.
• Coordinate resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization and timelines.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and risks; develop contingency plans to mitigate delays.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align schedules.
• Monitor progress against schedules; track KPIs and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain records of schedules, allocations, and changes; ensure policy compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in scheduling and planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements.
