Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Industry experience in Data Center, Semi-Conductor Fab, or Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 (or equivalent).
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align schedule inputs.
• Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the overall project schedule.
• Monitor schedule performance, progress, and productivity vs baselines.
• Identify critical path activities, schedule variances, and potential delays.
• Perform schedule impact analysis and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare short-term lookahead schedules (e.g., 3-week).
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports and progress updates.
• Validate schedule data and compliance with controls procedures.
• Participate in schedule review meetings and communicate status, risks, and issues.
