You will build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines, collaborating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to drive on-time performance. The role emphasizes critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and earned value reporting to executives,

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years scheduling large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills with baseline and recovery schedules.
• Experience coordinating engineering, permitting, procurement, and commissioning teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CPM Primavera P6 schedules for large projects.
• Build resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines.
• Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies for complex sites.
• Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports for executives.
• Support look-ahead planning and recovery schedules per contract standards.
