Job summary

M. J. Electric, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to drive CPM Primavera P6 schedules for data center, power generation, and industrial electrical projects.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure baselines, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans are aligned. The role requires 5+ years of scheduling experience, advanced P6 skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience in data center, power, and industrial electrical projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 with cost- and resource-loading.
• Experience with GC subcontract schedules and submittals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CPM Primavera P6 schedules for large electrical projects.
• Build resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Perform critical path analysis and what-if scenarios.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigate through sequencing adjustments.
• Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports.
• Support look-ahead planning and recovery schedules.
• Maintain schedule documentation per contract and company standards.
