Job summary

EDB, a leading data and AI platform provider, is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) for US. The TAM builds post-sales relationships with large, complex customers and acts as the primary technical contact across EDB products. You will guide architecture, troubleshooting and best practices to ensure customers succeed with Postgres and AI workloads.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of technical outcomes with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Postgres and other major DB platforms.
• Strong technical leadership across architecture, automation and data workloads.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted advisor relationship with senior technical leadership.
• Help customers maximize value from Postgres investments.
• Develop and deploy Postgres strategies for key accounts.
• Provide technical leadership for major Postgres initiatives, including architecture guidance and project management.
• Maintain knowledge of EDB product line and gather customer feedback for product teams.
• Document best practices for deploying EDB solutions.
• Be a front-line technical resource for best practices and questions.
• Travel up to 25% as required
