N-able is seeking a Post Sales Solutions Engineer to help our MSP partners maximize value from our end-to-end platform. This role emphasizes technical guidance, monitoring design, and proactive problem solving in a hybrid setting that requires occasional Morrisville collaboration hub attendance.

The role involves partner enablement, solution design, and close collaboration with Product Management and Development to close gaps and drive successful migrations for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing technical role, especially with MSPs.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of networking and virtualization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with MSP partners to understand their needs and tech stacks.
• Provide technical guidance and align requirements with N-able products; mentor colleagues.
• Advocate for partner success in product talks with PM and Development teams.
• Design and implement monitoring, automation, and reporting solutions for partners.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with Support or other teams as needed.
• Provide training and enablement to partners and internal teams.
• Share market insights and support migrations to keep partners ahead.
• Document interactions and project updates for clear communication.
