Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to partner with sales and field engineering, accelerate platform adoption, and ensure customer success across strategic use cases. You will act as the post-sale technical lead and coordinate across Databricks products to drive onboarding, enablement, success, and productive consumption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects/programs in Data/AI domains
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
• Understanding of distributed data systems and solution architecture
• Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables
• Experience with technical program or project management including stakeholders and resources
• Track record of overachievement against quota or targets
• Travel up to 30% when needed

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand plans
• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution for strategic use cases
• Be the accountable technical leader for use cases across multiple teams
• Serve as the first contact for technical issues related to production/go-live status
• Leverage services and escalation to senior experts to handle complex tasks
• Create and execute a point-of-view to accelerate use cases into production
• Coordinate with product/engineering for new product innovations and upgrades
• Develop end-to-end execution plans covering all customer-facing technical roles and teams
• Provide internal and external KPI updates on usage and customer health
