Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering data/AI technical projects.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Customer-facing pre-sales or consulting experience.
• Understanding of distributed data systems architecture.
• Ability to map business value to technical deliverables.
• Strong technical program or project management skills.
• Experience handling escalations with senior executives.
• Experience running discovery workshops and roadmaps.
• Track record of overachievement against quota or targets.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand demand plans for prioritized customers.
• Lead the post-technical win account strategy and execution plan for the majority of use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader assigned to use cases across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Be the first contact for technical issues related to production/go-live status.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding, PS, and Support to build tasks beyond your scope.
• Create and execute a point of view to accelerate key use cases into production.
