Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on senior leader to own POS strategy and governance across multiple sites. You will lead a growing team, manage vendor relationships, and drive incident management, budget ownership, and integration for new openings and acquisitions.

This role requires experience with DRB, NXT, Micrologic, or Sonny’s POS platforms, plus travel up to 25% regionally to support new openings. You will directly influence IT strategy as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience with industry-specific POS platforms such as DRB, NXT, Micrologic, or Sonny’s.
• Networking experience, comfortable managing 15+ connected systems at a single site.
• Willing to travel regionally, up to 25%, to support new openings and acquisitions.
• Ability to establish new processes and standards as the team and technology footprint grow.
• Vendor management experience, including contracts and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the POS support team, building team capacity and bench strength.
• Own incident and problem management for POS systems, driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships with POS and adjacent partners, including contracts and SLAs.
• Own the budget for POS systems, tools, and infrastructure investments.
• Lead POS integration strategy for new site openings and acquisitions.
• Set policy and governance for POS system access, change control, and modifications.
• Own data governance for POS and product data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems.
