Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Analyst - Menu Management (POS) to support the Technology Menu Management Team in Atlanta. The role focuses on building and managing menu items, exceptions, promotions, discounts, and custom configurations for in-store POS systems.

You will liaise with digital vendors and internal teams to ensure system stability and optimal performance. You will work closely with IT, Digital, Operations, and Marketing to define best practices for delivery, online ordering, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with enterprise software systems, business apps, or tech platforms.
• 2 years of cross-functional project team experience across the project lifecycle.
• Experience with POS, inventory, menu management, or related restaurant systems preferred.
• 4-Year degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer approved menus & prices on NCR suite and related applications.
• Configure menus and integrate with Altametrics, IDP, and DAP platforms.
• Collaborate with Digital, Operations, and Marketing on Delivery, Online Ordering, Mobile Ordering, and Loyalty programs.
• Provide escalation support for POS, online ordering, and third-party integrations.
