Job summary

The role supports the Operations Services Team and requires strong analytical and organizational skills, with on-site work Monday-Thursday and some remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in finance, analysis, inventory management, or IT systems analysis/programming.
• Enterprise-level POS management experience.
• SQL and Oracle DB experience preferred.
• Restaurant operations experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program and maintain DASH POS system.
• Plan, manage, and execute system setup to support marketing and beverage initiatives, including national promotions and core menu changes.
• Program menu items with necessary screens and controls.
• Set up screen placement and functionality to support operations.
• Lead alignment with restaurant operations for POS setup and usability.
• Implement and audit price changes.
• Create and maintain electronic recipes for all menu items.
• Support costings and margin reporting for new menu items.
• Set up ingredients ensuring yields and UofMs are accurate.
• Maintain menu content for online ordering platforms and third-party partners.
• Update online menu offerings, pricing, copy, photography, nutrition, and calories.
