Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Restaurant Technology Analyst in Atlanta, GA with responsibility for coordinating deployments, supporting Level 3 analysis, and generating leadership reports across Digital Menu Boards, drive-thru timers, headsets, and integrated ordering platforms. This role collaborates with franchisees, vendors, and internal teams to ensure technology delivers business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Technology Management, or related field
• Equivalent work experience may be considered
• 2–5 years in technology operations, IT support, business analysis, or project coordination
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Experience working with vendors, ticketing systems, and operational reporting
• Restaurant/retail/hospitality/franchise tech experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Power BI
• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Ability to organize, analyze, and summarize large volumes of data
• Strong communication skills with executives, vendors, franchisees, operators, and tech teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Operational Support (30%): monitor incidents, support Level 3 coordination, manage changes and deployments, maintain inventories and records
• Reporting & Analytics (25%): develop dashboards, analyze incidents and vendor performance, produce reports, track KPIs and milestones
• Vendor & Franchisee Coordination (20%): track issues and deliverables, coordinate meetings, monitor responsiveness
• Project Management & Deployment Support (15%): support rollouts, testing plans, deployment schedules, track tasks and risks
• Documentation & Process Improvement (10%): create process docs, training materials, and SOPs
