Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, INC. seeks an Analyst - Menu Management (POS) to join the Technology Menu Management Team in Atlanta. You will build and manage menu items, items exceptions, promotions, discounts, and custom configurations for in-store POS systems and related platforms.

This role partners with Digital, Operations and Marketing to implement best practices for delivery, online ordering, mobile ordering, and loyalty programs, while ensuring system availability and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with enterprise software systems or technology platforms.
• Experience with POS, inventory management, or restaurant tech is preferred.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer approved menus and prices on POS applications including NCR Aloha and online ordering.
• Configure menus and pricing across Altametrics, IDP, and the Digital Admin Portal.
• Collaborate with Digital, Operations and Marketing on Delivery, Online Ordering, Mobile Ordering, and Loyalty.
• Provide escalation support for POS, online ordering, and third-party delivery integrations.
• Perform QA to ensure updates are deployed to production smoothly.
• Coordinate with ItsaCheckmate for third-party delivery menu updates and pricing.
• Serve as SME for POS menu configuration and online ordering configurations.
• Develop documentation and training materials for IT/Service Desk staff.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders; use negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Gather requirements from internal/external teams to roll out technology programs.
• Plan and multitask to meet aggressive deadlines and maintain filing systems.
• Respond promptly to ensure open and timely communication.
