• Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience in product management, payments, treasury management, transaction banking, financial services, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with agile ways of working, risk management, and driving product lifecycle and outcomes using OKRs.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages and develops a team of Product Managers across the Sell Goods & Services portfolio.
• Aligns product, technology, risk, and business partners across U.S. Bank, Elavon, and Merchant Payments Services.
• Defines product outcomes and OKRs to prioritize features and breaks work into actionable steps for delivery.
• Manages end-to-end product lifecycle and drives the roadmap leveraging OKRs.
• Collaborates with agile, design, technology and risk partners to achieve business and customer outcomes.
• Advances technical product features, debt reduction, and modernization where applicable.
