Job summary

The Product Lead - Point of Sale (POS) Front Office at U.S. Bank is a senior executive role with end-to-end ownership of the merchant front-office experience across in-person, online, and service channels.

You will own the customer journey, commercial outcomes, and delivery confidence for payments, invoicing, and reservations, while aligning product strategy with risk, technology, and business partners to drive revenue and scalability.

Qualifications

• Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience in product management, payments, treasury management, transaction banking, financial services, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmap leveraging OKRs and drive delivery.
• Lead a team of Product Managers comprised of senior‑ to mid‑level professionals and align with cross‑functional partners.
• Define product outcomes and coordinate with agile, design, technology and risk teams to achieve business and customer goals.
