This role drives end-to-end delivery and industry-altering standards. Ideal candidates have growth-driven, technical product experience at scale, strong user-focus, and deep understanding of payments ecosystems, compliance, and enterprise collaboration.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in product management or payments roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years in payments technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate a multi-year global Omni-Commerce vision.
• Drive roadmaps, architecture, prioritization, and cross-functional execution across payments experience.
• Lead teams to deliver milestones and OKRs with measurable progress.
• Use metrics and competitive analysis to inform direction and outcomes.
• Ensure PCI, security and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional groups guiding Omni-Commerce capabilities.
