AECOM is seeking a Structural Engineer III to work on Ports and Marine projects in Houston, TX. The role involves design, analysis and preparation of structural plans with a focus on wharves, piles and dolphins, supporting maritime codes and standards.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license and a BS in Civil Engineering with 4+ years of experience, plus proficiency in SAP 2000, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD/MicroStation. Hybrid work and US-based collaboration are expected.

Formación

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check per policy.
Professional Engineering (PE) License.

Responsabilidades

Design and plan maritime projects including container terminals, ports, harbors and coastal schemes.
Develop structural calculations, specs, plans and details for wharves, piles and dolphins.
Prepare engineering calculations and coordinates with junior engineers.
Identify discrepancies and propose solutions using established procedures.
Occasional site visits may be required to support project needs.
