Qualifications

• BA/BS with 10+ years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading projects to meet quality, schedule and budget.
• Experience managing client relationships.
• Experience with planning, design, and construction management.
• NAVFAC planning and design experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the full project lifecycle, guiding subordinate managers.
• Ensure work adheres to design specs, budgets, and schedules.
• Maintain overall project budgeting, scheduling, procurement and closeout.
• Serve as key liaison with clients on financial and contractual matters.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, resources, and timelines.
• Monitor KPIs, quality standards, and obligations, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Manage change orders and contract variations while protecting budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Prepare and present status reports and financial forecasts to senior management.
