AECOM is seeking aSenior Civil Engineer and Project Manager to be based in Orange, CA. This hybrid role combines senior civil engineering responsibilities with project management accountability for civil infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality while serving as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. PE licensure and California experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in civil engineering or closely related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• California PE license required.

Responsabilités

• Manage civil infrastructure projects scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead technical planning, design and engineering activities.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop project work plans, staffing, and budgets.
• Monitor project financial performance and changes to scope.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to engineers.
