Job summary

U.S. Bank in Columbus seeks a Senior Portfolio Risk and Strategy Analyst to lead testing across Lending Services, collaborate with Finance, Operations, Risk and Tech, and translate results into actionable strategy improvements.

You will monitor portfolio performance, support delinquency forecasting, and apply AI to analytics, testing, and reporting to strengthen insights and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than eight years of applicable experience.
• Experience with Champion/Challenger testing within Lending Services.
• Strong portfolio and program analytics experience to identify trends and improvements.
• Experience applying AI capabilities to analytics, testing, and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead Champion/Challenger testing across Lending Services lines.
• Translate test results into strategy enhancements and implementation recommendations.
• Analyze portfolio and program performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support collections goal setting, delinquency forecasting, and reporting.
• Explore and apply AI capabilities to improve efficiency and insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Risk, Technology and business lines for strategy implementation.
