U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Portfolio Risk and Strategy Analyst to collaborate with assigned business lines and RCA teams to build and oversee a robust risk management framework. You will identify gaps, inform solutions, and escalate risks when needed.

You will lead Champion/Challenger testing across Lending Services, translate results into strategy enhancements, and monitor performance with cross-functional partners. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong analytical capabilities and risk/strategy experience.
• Experience with Champion/Challenger testing and Lending Services.

Mansioni

• Lead Champion/Challenger testing across Lending Services lines (Consumer, Mortgage, Commercial, Collections, Recovery, Repossession, Loss Mitigation).
• Translate test results and insights into actionable strategy enhancements and implementation recommendations.
• Analyze portfolio and program performance to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support collections goal setting, delinquency forecasting, performance analysis and reporting with Finance and business lines.
• Explore and apply AI capabilities to analysis, testing and reporting to improve efficiency and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Risk, Technology, business lines) to support strategy implementation and forecasting.
• Experience across multiple Lending Services lines is a plus.
• Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools and AI applications.
